Helicobacter : The culprit causing 80% of peptic ulcers and gastric adeno carcinoma , gastric Mucosa associated lymphoid disease MALT and B cell lymphoma ! The latter two resolve on treatment while adenocarcinoma doesnt . So they are classifiesd as type 1 carcinogens!
